Original Review: Great place! I've only just moved my stuff in today, however I am beyond pleased with the facilities, and even more so with the staff. I reserved my unit online and within minutes, I received a call from the manager, Joann. She was very helpful, and answered most of my questions on the phone. She was able to accommodate me right away, and gave me clear instructions on where they were located. When I arrived at the main location on Rt. 130, I met Joann, and we drove to an annex of the main facility (right down the road). She showed me how to access the building, and explained everything to me as she walked me to my unit. Since I had already picked my unit size online, I was still a bit unsure if it was the right size for me. Joann happily showed me other different sized units to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my choice. She had answers to any and all questions I had, and made the entire process incredibly easy. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but is probably the nicest person I have ever met. As for the facility itself, it is a large warehouse building, with a loading dock, and a driveway to drive inside. They have heavy duty carts to move your stuff from your car to your unit. There is plenty of light and the building is heated. Above everything else, it surprisingly very clean; From the building, to the individual units themselves. They are clearly well maintained, which is always comforting when you are putting your trust into a place to store your belongings. You will not regret choosing this storage facility! *Edit: I needed an extra unit, and my second experience was just as terrific as my first. This time, I had the opportunity to meet Bill, another manager at this location. Even though I have seen the unit sizes during my initial visit, ~7 months ago, Bill was happy to show them to me again. In my original review, I had only met Joann. I'm editing this review, because Bill was just as knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Bill made the effort to find a unit that was closest to my first unit, which was very thoughtful. Joann and Bill are incredible.

Convenient and reasonably priced space. Facility is clean and well maintained. Had a problem getting unit locked at my 1st visit and 1phone call placed. Spoke directly to local help at adjacent facility. Staff was there within 5 minutes to show me how to operate everything.
