The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are able to pre-pay up front it’s best to do that to save money. We were in the climate control bldg and facilities were kept clean. One thing I’d say is the elevator closes really quickly and doesn’t give you time to load in and out. It closes the second you leave the elevator. If that could be adjusted for the doors to wait a few seconds- it’d be much better moving experience.

We left the fascility feeling confident that we signed the contract knowing full well that Roy didnt leave any stones unturned and laid out the good and the bad that one would expect when renting a storage unit. Our main concern was the rent increase, but we later found out that it was reasonable and managable for the area and much better compared to our previous strorage. We were a happy camper. Thanks Roy!!!
