My unit was climate-controlled. The facility was clean and well lit at all times of day. Management was response to my inquiries. I would use this facility again for future storage needs.

Called to reserve a storage unit and was immediately given prices for the types of units and also including any of their specials. I am very happy with their information and booked right away. I called other storage companies and they sis big have any competitive prices nor were they as friendly. The next day Patrick called to set up the account and to provide us with code and unit number. This was very easy to do. We had done business with Extra Space before so I had a lock from previous unit I was able to bring back lock and get reimbursed. So far we like our inside unit and their customer service.

It was very fast service. The gentleman was very nice. I forgot his name smh. I’m not sure if $38/month for a 5x5’ drive up, But very nice guy. I was preoccupied with phone issues, he was patient friendly and informative. I’d recommend anyone stopping by here and giving these guys a chance.
