I have made inquiries at ExtraSpace Storage in Eatontown, NJ, several times in the past on behalf of friends, and have always appreciated Jon’s help, courtesy and willingness to satisfactorily respond to all of my questions. Recently I visited the office and once again received top level assistance from Jon, who introduced me to the unit I was considering, which was - not surprisingly(*) - in pristine condition. (* Having toured the facility before, I was already aware also of how well the lot, buildings and units were maintained). Jon patiently walked me through the required online “paperwork” and, once completed, made certain I was comfortable with the protocol for entering and exiting the lot via inputting my password at the gate. While the facility appears to be very safe - uncluttered and well lit (with motion-activated lighting), of equal significance to me as I chose to sign a lease with Eatontown’s ExtraSpace Storage is the competent, obviously invested, friendly professionalism of staff representative, Assistant Manager Jon.
