**9/9/26 revision: I want to thank John at the Neptune Blvd location for his excellent customer service! Any time I had a comment or concern, John actually listened to what I had to say and provided great support. I still maintain that this facility is spotless and safe. The units are beautlfully kept. I couldn't resolve my most recent issue, and ultimately I had to vacate my unit. **revision to prior reviews. Aug 24, 2026 While the cleanliness, safety and great service from the staff on site, etc are still fantastic, I am not as happy as before. I've had a 10x10 space for quite some time. Every few months the rate goes up, sometimes by as much as 50% or more if recall. I always call and get the increase adjusted to something more manageable. But this time the price increase again was almost 50% and I'm tapped out. I'm tired of fighting every single time. It's exhausting and stressful. So since I have no place to store my things, I switched to a 5x10 to at least have something. For the same price, I have HALF the space. which is forcing me to get rid of most of my belongings. I'm not saving money, and I'm losing my belongings. I have always found the increases to be excessive considering they happen multiple times a year. This has been the worst part of my experience. Frankly, otherwise it's been great. But this time around it's cost me dearly. May 11 2024. Yet another addition to my review! in addition to having a well-maintained safe and clean facility, the level of customer service is second to none! In this case, I want to give a million thanks to John at the Neptune location on Neptune Boulevard. I went into pay my monthly bill and inquired about rates and changes. John was kind enough to explain in detail how the rates work and looked into my situation and provided a response as soon as I got home. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a courteous and professional manner and John was extremely helpful. I plan on being a long-term renter at this facility and I'm thankful for the customer service and for the Peace of mind knowing that my treasured belongings are safe and sound in their facility. Another addition to my review: As a long term storage space renter of almost 10 years, budget is extremely important. We all know it's standard for rates to fluctuate over time. Recent events have limited my spending power. The good folks at Extra Space Storage are reasonable, and willing to discuss managing rate fluctuations. I went to Extra Space in person to address the change, and John immediately reached out to upper management and was able to make it a change that was more manageable for me! THANK YOU!!! The human touch is so important in customer service and these guys are great face to face, and will listen! Adding to the below... This is the cleanest and best maintained storage facility that I have ever seen and I have been storing my belongings for the past 7 years. recently when my son and I were bringing more things to our storage space we encountered a lovely lady cleaning the facility and we were astonished because in all of the other places we've stored we have never seen anyone cleaning. I highly recommend that you store your belongings at this facility because they will be safe and they will be in a clean well maintained environment! I rented a space online and came in to get acquainted with the facilities. You were very welcoming and helpful! Then I decided to upgrade to a larger unit and within minutes i had the new lease and keys!
