Thank you to John Andrews! My wife and I will continue exploring our storage unit facility prospects, but we are grateful for the thoroughness and patience we received with our questions. We appreciate John for showing us several unit options, describing climate control vs non climate control units (which is very important to us), and being excellent with customer service overall. He is confident and passionate about what he does, and that is greatly appreciated from a customer standpoint. He certainly made this process smooth for us! I was really impressed with the facility too. It was relatively new, clean, and well maintained. Prices of the unit were market competitive also. We hope to make a decision in the near future. Good experience so far except instructions provided via email regarding pass code did not include "*" which was needed to get in. Had to go to office and was then provided that KEY piece of missing info.

So far my experience has been great. I was able to move my things in to my unit without any hassle. Staff at the facility were nice and prompt cakes to introduce themselves after i secured my unit.

My experience was nothing less than a amazing. Staff broke everything down so that I understood exactly what I was getting myself into and assured that extra storage was my best option. Staff even took the time out to find me the best unit available, making it easy access! Should have started with them sooner, they saved me money and time
