Our experience with Dan in particular at Extra Space Storage in Neptune (route 33), has been great. Dan not only assisted us with renting our unit but assisted us when we decided we need to change unit sizes to suit our needs, Dan made this process such a breeze and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns during the process. This location is very clean and easy to access, the carts are easily available to make moving very simple. The drive in loading bay is an added bonus at this location. We will continue to use and refer Dan & this location to anyone for any storage needs.
