UPDATE: We moved in AND got a second unit and everything went so smoothly. I have to say- the customer service at this location is wonderful. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. Never is there a “sorry we can’t do that” or a “that’s impossible.” They always seem to make it work. Additionally, the facilities are super clean and there’s always good music playing! 10/10 recommend. From July, 2024: So far the service over the phone has been great. *we have not moved in yet* I will update this review once we move in to the unit. But so far everyone has been very nice and on top of things. Prices match the website.

It’s great. I never would have guessed that a storage facility would rank among my best customer service experiences but this location is an absolute pleasure. It is clean, secure, easy to use, and the manager Gary is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Worth a few extra minutes in the car.

What a great experience. Josh Gary and Angelo are so nice. I delivered my first load of things to store today and it went perfect. We are moving and needed things out of the house. I highly recommend. I am at the one on route 33 in Neptune.

All of my questions and concerns were answered completely by Mick at the desk. The pricing is very affordable. I was shown a couple of available units and also the secure entry procedure. Very clean and secure. I would gladly recommend the use of EXTRA SPACE storage!
