Dan was very helpful !! My wife thought he was going to be one of those typical “ gum guys “ , all flex , not so smart ….. Boy was she surprised!!! He was Very friendly, Very knowledgeable,and Very helpful to us . The only way our experience could have been better would have been for us to get 25% off !!! Meanwhile, the place was immaculate, even smelled good ( the place , not Dan ) . We look forward to having one of the home cooked breakfast’s one morning. Great place , Greater people !! Thanks

Clean facility with easy to operate entry/exit...only quibble was only one elevator working yesterday, but I'm sure it'll be operational shortly.

So far the service over the phone has been great. *we have not moved in yet* I will update this review once we move in to the unit. But so far everyone has been very nice and on top of things. Prices match the website.

Dan at Neptune route 33 was so friendly, easy-going, funny, and helpful. I transferred my storage unit from another location in central Jersey to Neptune. The facility was clean, easy to navigate and had a covered unloading garage with many dollies.
