I Just want to say that the Customer svc was Excellent. Melissa was very Helpful with helping me choose the right storage space to store my college student's items. I previously rented at another facility but wasn't aware that it wasn't climate controlled. She went above and beyond to advise me of what to do to cancel the previous unit. Kudos to Melissa.

Been doing business with them for almost 3 years now. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Never had an issue getting in and out of the facility. I definitely will continue to do business with them....

I'm very pleased with my experience, from contacting Paul over the phone, to meeting Melissa in person and finalizing the deal, everything was done quickly and professionally. The price was fair and the location is convenient and clean. The only practical detail I would add is that you probably need to buy a specific lock from them, that goes in their doors but it's only $20. (I arrived with a circular lock that wouldn't work.) Paul and Melissa made a stressful situation easier to deal with. I would highly recommend this Extra Storage Space facility.
