Great storage facility! I’ve been using it for a while now, and everything is top-notch. The area is always clean and well-maintained, you can really tell they take care of the place. The staff is very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any issue. Access is convenient, and everything works smoothly. Highly recommend for storage needs.

Mice, droppings, and poor maintenance... This facility on Van Brunt and its management are the worst. Bait and switch pricing, rodents, dirty common areas. Trash from other tenants does not get taken out. They lure you in with a low price, then a few months later it jumps way up once all your stuff is already in there. It was a relief to see these issues finally getting attention in a lawsuit from the NYC Consumer Department for vermin-infested units, junk fees, predatory practices. its all true. Think hard before entrusting your valuable possessions to this location and King Simon, the manager, who presides over this mess.
