I would strongly recommend avoiding this storage facility unless you are prepared for your monthly rate to increase without a clear explanation. Before moving my belongings here, I spoke with someone on the phone and was quoted a specific monthly price. I agreed to move based on that amount. Then, only about three months later, I noticed my card was being charged roughly $100+ more per month. When I called to ask why my rate had increased so dramatically, I was basically told, “that is just how it goes.” No meaningful explanation, no warning, and no attempt to honor the price I was originally quoted. They even asked me how much I wanted to pay, and when I said the original agreed-upon amount, the employee told me the owner would probably not agree to it. This is extremely misleading. Had I known the price would jump by $100 a month after only two months, I never would have moved my belongings here in the first place. Now I am stuck either paying far more than expected or spending even more money and time moving everything to another facility. No where in the contract or paperwork is anything about this. They completely just made up a new price and decided to charge my card that amount. Be very careful before signing up. Get every price, promotion, increase policy, and future rate change in writing before trusting the quote they give you. I have had plenty of storage units and never experienced this before in my life!
