We're first time storage users and cannot be more happy with how well situated, organized and such a clean facility is at 500 S. Broad Street. The point person we dealt with, Dorothy, is the epitome of service excellence. She is so professional, polite, and understands her job and the needs of customers so well. Dorothy is very helpful and knowledgeable about their system and processes and informs customers of what to expect and watch out for, and what would benefit your situation. Six stars, if we could.
