The Glen Rock facility is a little smaller, has a nice indoor loading dock, and is super clean. My only concern or issue is that they advertise themselves as climate controlled, however, the temperature seemed warm inside the storage spaces so I think they are not cooling it appropriately. It's a nice setup though.

The facility is aleays spotless, including the bathroom. Which is a wonderful feature in and of itself! Also a great benefit is the indoor loading area. No matter what the weather, you always stay dry and warm (or cool!) And the staff, especially Kay, are very hospitable.

I have always been treated very well at this facility. Themanager is always courteous and extremely helpful. She goes out of her way to accomodate each customer. Because of her, I would, and have recommended your Glen Rock,NJ facility to others. On a different note, your facility is conveniently located, a huge plus for me. It is clean and I feel my belongings are safe there. The hours of operation are convenient as well. Thank you for having a wonderful facility with such a wonderful on site staff.

Take Route 17 North to the Ridgewood Avenue exit. Continue towards Ridgewood to the end before the railroad tracks. Make a left onto Broad Street and go to traffic light. Ridgewood Car Wash will be on the right. Go straight and ESS will be on the right (across from Tom's Auto Repair).

Directions from the South:
Take Route 17 South to the Ridgewood Avenue exit. Continue toward Ridgewood to the end before the railroad tracks. Make a left onto Broad Street and go to traffic light. Ridgewood Car Wash will be on the right. Go straight and ESS will be on the right (across from Tom's Auto Repair).
