This place is a rip-off. I’ve had a storage unit here for several years, and instead of rewarding loyal customers, they keep raising the rent. I just received another notice that my monthly rate is increasing by another $10, and I’m very unhappy about it. When I asked the employee about it, she told me that rates can increase every 6 to 9 months and that they can’t even tell customers how much the next increase will be. That’s ridiculous. So you’re expected to keep paying more without knowing what the next increase will be. I have one of the smallest storage units they offer, yet I’m paying as if I have one of the largest. At this point, it’s simply not worth it. I’ll definitely be looking for another storage facility that values loyal customers and offers more reasonable, predictable pricing.
