Picked this facility initially because it seemed clean and was a good deal. Renting a climate-controlled unit here since the start of the year. Worried about pests, I put my own traps in the unit, and over the past 2 months they've caught 4 mice, despite having no food stored and everything packed in sealed bins and wrapped. When I reported it to the facility manager because it seemed unusual, I was just advised to take photos and pick up a brochure on how to file a claim, no mention of pest inspection, treatment, or any extra precautions going forward. Also dealt with rent increases during my time here. Not the level of value I’d expect.
