I had a fantastic experience with Lynn! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. My billing cycle starts at the beginning of the month, but since I’m moving out seven days into the month, she went above and beyond to assist me. She kindly issued a refund for the full month and adjusted my anniversary date so I only had to pay for the days I used for storage facility this month. It’s truly appreciated when a company prioritizes its customers and makes the extra effort to help.
