Out of 4 years of buying storage units this was the most unique and pleasurable experiences. First the facility is immaculately clean. The walls, floors, elevators, bathroom, every corner of the facility was spotless. I have never seen such a clean facility. Most importantly was the attendants at the facility. Nichole and Tom, what a pleasure to work with such kind and compassionate people. For instance I found an urn and boxed remains of loved ones. I took them directly to Nichole and asked what she wanted me to do with them. Her expression was solemn but appreciative. She took the two pieces and stated she would try her best to contact the appropriate person. She also asked if there was any personal photos or documents of I wouldn’t mind submitting them as well. Because of her pure genuine and compassionate nature I separated all I found and drove an hour to just deliver the items to her. Again she met me with a smile and appreciation. Tom was very professional and you could tell they were committed to their facility and patrons. I have dealt with many facilities across New Jersey. Most would turn the personal affects away and say it isn’t their problem and it all has to go with the purchase of the unit. But this facility, Nichole and Tom understand people fall on hard times and though it is a business, it can be operated with compassion and understanding. Wishing Nichole and Tom the recognition they both deserve. These are the types of people that make a business great and prosper. Best Regards and Much Respect.
