I have a lot of my belongings in climate control storage due to reasons beyond my control & must say that it is very clean & well kept & never had an issue. Had the pleasure of running into Nick the manager while grabbing stuff out of my unit & he was beyond nice, friendly & went out of his way to help me out. I am very grateful I ran into Nick! My husband and I were dissatisfied with our previous storage unit facility, and learned Nick was no longer there as he was always the one helping us. After searching for another climate controlled location nearby, my husband called another Extra Space and found that Nick was now working at that location. They discussed options and promos and it made sense to move over to the other location, so not only did we get a much better deal, (by thousands) but also found Nick again! He made the process very easy for us and was able to accommodate us right away. He’s great!
