Extra space storage started out as a great fit for me and my needs. After being there 3 months the rate started to go up. I was told that the rate increase was something the company does every so often. I am on a fixed income permanently disabled and I don’t have the finance to handle unexpected increases. This is the only thing o dislike. On the plus side Ryan who works the front desk has exceptional customer service. He is always pleasant and always looking to find solutions to any problem. He is the reason I have been there for so long. I hope his employers recognizes his great work! Thanks Ryan!!!

Just got my first storage unit ever and Ryan made the process extremely helpful. He explained to me very clearly how everything works and was able to to answer all of my questions. This facility is also very clean and my favorite part is the regulated temperature in the building. 10/10 recommend this location.
