Update: I was prepared for rate increases but a 48% jump in just one year is completely unreasonable and unethical. This is a predatory practice since it's not exactly cheap or easy to move your belongings to another facility. I signed up in Jan 2024 for: $350.88/mo total on a large unit, by May 2024 it went up to $457.51. I received a notice again that by Jan 2025 it will be $519.35 after tax and insurance. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere, especially if a place offers a rate lock. Left my earlier review from almost a year ago. -- Signed up easily online, came in the following day when the office was open and was quickly on my way. Key was in the unit, my access code worked as described. Using the loading dock was described to me and easy. Even brought a few things to store right away. Convenient location with lots of parking. Smooth sailing so far.

Clean facility. Easy to access when the main office isn’t there. Storage unit was easy to locate and store. The only con was there was no restroom accessible on the first floor. There might have been a restroom in the office but it was closed. But all in all great rates and great location.

Tiera did a wonderful job. Her customer service that she provided was wonderful. Tiera was down to earth, knowledgeable about the different sizes of units available. Tiera took her time explaining all the necessary requirements to obtaining my storage unit, Which I greatly appreciate it. Definitely looking forward to a great experience with my new unit at extra storage space.
