Rachel and Ryan were super cool and chill helping me out when I just rented a storage unit from Extra Space Storage.

I cannot believe how nice these storage units are. In previous moves, the storage units well let's just say not so nice. I like that the units are enclosed & temperature controlled. I got a very good rate even though my unit was only 5' x 5'. There was plenty of room for my boxes & even extra space. I was able to park indoors with security code doors for each entrance. Thank goodness they have a restroom. I got lost a few times, although that made it more interesting.(I get lost alot) I felt safe being in these units. I have to thank Ryan big time. He was so great, personable & professional. Ryan made the process easy to start my storage unit. I have had a rough patch lately & it was refreshing to deal with a laid back person such as Ryan. The whole experience gave me a good feeling & I was able to put one in the win column for a change. I don't use social media, only for reviews. I highly recommend this storage facility, being clean & secure. I wish I could give it ??????????, oops I just did. Thanks again Ryan for putting me at ease with the rental process for this old dog.

I had rented a 10*30 storage unit and had to be out by the first of the month. I had movers scheduled for the last day to come empty it for me. The day came and they weren’t able to make it and I missed my move out date by one day. I knew the policy and that I was going to be billed for the following month so I just paid it. The next day the movers cleared out the unit. Later on that day I got a call from Extra Space and they told me they were going to refund the $250 I had paid because I only missed the deadline by a day . I buy storage lockers at auction and this has NEVER happened before. I didn’t ask them for a refund and I wasn’t expecting it at all. An employee just happened to notice it and took it upon themselves to call me and let me know it was silly to charge me a whole months rent for one day. I feel so bad I can’t remember her name now. The whole experience here was top notch. Every single member of the staff was always pleasant and super helpful. And possibly the cleanest storage facility I’ve been at.
