So far great experience, easy rental process, friendly and helpful employees, and price better than other places in the area. The only down side that I noticed so far, is the security cameras not covering all outside boxes on side.

The manager Nicole S at this location is excellent! She is professional, courteous and handled all my questions precisely. I recently rented a large unit and the transaction was smooth and extremely easy. The property is professionally maintained with all units being easily accessible. Great experience at Extra Storage Space (Matawan location)! Mgr. Nicole and Assoc. Mgr. Andreare wonderfully helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. Andre gave us a thorough walk-through of the building's amenities, parking, and security. Appreciate the freight lift and carts for boxes (etc.), and the multiple cameras, gated entrance, and excellent lighting for security. Inforamtive signage throughout the property. Convenient hours and the renting process is easy. Thank you, Andre, for making our 1st visit go so smoothly!
