I had been using Extra Space Storage for about a year when the price suddenly shot up, making me consider moving elsewhere. However, Ethan Kaplan, who works there, kindly offered to take a look at my current unit. After seeing it, he suggested that instead of moving, I could switch to a slightly smaller unit at a promotional rate—noting that the smaller size would likely be sufficient for my needs. I decided to go with the downsized unit, which saved me about $150 a month for six months, so I renewed my contract. I am so grateful to Ethan for being so kind and showing me the different options.
