From beginning to end our experience here at Extra Space was terrific. If I can rate Betsy more than 5 stars I would. She had a huge smile the whole time, she listened to all of our needs, answered to all of our questions, informed and gave us suggestions. ???????????????????? I would like to say thank you so so so much to Betsy Alvarado. She?s so helpful, polite and full of verve. All sudden I need to move my stuff immediately and was looking for storage. I checked online and found this place is much convenient for me. I booked online and next day Betsy Alvarado called me and explained me every single thing in detailed very clearly and that time I made my mind and I told her that I can come after 5 today. She told me don?t worry come and I went there almost around 5:48PM and they closing at 6 PM still she had a smile on her face, so polite and showed me unit even I don?t want to see bcus it was almost 6. It was almost 6:20 when we finished with all leasing formalities. If you want storage and looking for good customer service I would say go to extra space storage in Parsippany and see Betsy. I don?t know anyone else there but if Betsy there then you can lease your unit with blind eyes. *THANK YOU*

I decided to clean out my apartment to make it more spacious and not knowing anything about storage spaces Matt Futerman was very helpful. He set an appointment with me for the same day, a day after a holiday, and showed me different spaces with prices. He honored the online discount I found which helped with my budget. The space is clean and I?m exciting to clean out my apartment knowing my value memories will be safe.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with every single staff member I encountered at this establishment. They walked me through the units, made choosing the right unit.. easy and effortless. They blew me away by going the extra mile and taking the extra time to suggest and help find a unit that was close to an elevator for convenance. As I no longer need my unit, they were so kind to prorate the next month as I move out. They have exceptional communication, are honest, fair, and I would without question use or suggest them to anyone close in my circle. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!

I-287 South to exit 40A (Parsippany Rd.) turn right onto Parsippany Rd. and go 1 mile. Turn right onto Littleton Rd. and site is approximately 1/3 mile up on left across from Cambridge Village Condominiums

Directions from the South:
