The staff at extra storage was very good, thank you Gary for your knowledge and encouraging words to stay and downsize my unit. I would have taken him up on that offer, but the price increases without warning was too much. The first increase they said it was a promotional price. The staff was able to lower the price and I accepted the price.Six months later they increase the price 60% without notice again and I was done.

It was very easy to reserve my storage unit online. Extra space storage was the lowest cost in the area and the gentleman who helped me on the phone, was very helpful. I can understand their desire for my belongings to be secure, but they should not presume I will be using their lock, and charging me for it. Luckily they have a system in place where they will refund the cost of the lock if you return it unopened. Which I did. The facilities seem run down but the roll up doors on the storage unit are in good shape. The units do not have lights in them, but they are wired. Their phone app is wonderful. It would be more helpful if gate access was available till 11pm. (It is only open till 10:00 p.m.)

Easy Inn and easy out would recommend to anyone in the area. I actually was way up in New York, but decided to drive down there because the prices were a little more favorable in North Jersey.
