Bill was able to resolve my issue almost immediately! I asked a few questions, he gave me thorough answers. He was totally understandable and a pleasure to deal with; polite, courteous and his smile came through the phone and his emails. During my second contact with Extra Space, Bill was extremely pleasant and polite. He is very amiable and represents Extra Space in the best manner possible. I am very happy with my dealings with them and the cleanliness of the property. I have recommended this facility to others and they tell me they agree with my assessment. I will remain a very satisfied customer! This last encounter made me realize the staff at Extra Space is one for the records. I had a serious problem with my bank holding up my payment. No one got angry, they understood my dilemma and worked with me. I cannot thank them enough for understanding. I recommend this storage facility for its cleanliness and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. This latest contact was awesome. It seems all my credit card payments are taking longer to post lately so Joe suggested I change my payment date, He saved me headache and heartache. The next day, Dan put through the change of payment date and stayed on the phone with me to let me know my payment cleared. I can't say enough about Dan, Bill and Joe at Extra Space in Pisscataway, NJ. Courteous is an understatement of the way I was treated and helped. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Extra Space in general but The Piscataway facility in particular.
