First and foremost, I’d like to say that the manager buddy was such a remarkable man treated us like royalty. Everything we asked he accommodate us to the best of his ability. The place is new and only three years old very clean bathrooms are working in perfect order and could not ask for a better secure facility than this one here in Wanaque. Nice customer service and facility. However, I just got a notice that my rate doubled after 2 months. The 5 x 7 for $44 is now $104. The notice says "we are notifying you that your promotional rate is expiring. Effective 02/25/2026". No where while selecting a unit on their website does it say the unit price is only for 2 months and will double because it's a PROMOTIONAL price. Once you have stuff in their storage unit, what are you going to do? Pack and leave? You're likely gonna PAY! Deceptive pricing.
