ZERO STARS. MOM & CHILD- HOMELESS FOR 2 YEARS- RENTED AN EXTRA LARGE DOUBLE UNIT FOR THOSE TWO YEARS- THE BILL DOUBLED TO $400 WITHIN 2 YRS WITH NO NOTICE- EVER! I BEGGED THEM NOT TO KEEP INCREASING IT. WE WOULD LOSE ACCESS TO OUR BELONGINGS IF WE WERE *FIVE DAYS LATE* ON THE MONTHLY BILL- SO WE NEVER HAD ACCESS TO OUR BELONGINGS. ON JULY 9, 2026- THEY SOLD OUR WHOLE ENTIRE LIVES, EVERYTHING WE OWN, AT AUCTION. THERE ARE MORE DETAILS. I AM FILING A LAWSUIT. AND FYI- NYC FILED A LAWSUIT IN FEBRUARY 2026. YOU CAN GOOGLE IT.
