I don’t write reviews, ever. This one is well-earned, and honestly, much overdue. Most storage facilities, eh. They get the job done. This one, just sets the bar for a storage experience. I’ve been using this location have my several units for a couple of years now, after previously utilizing other various storage facilities locally for many years - including other Extra Space locations. My experience here has FAR surpassed them all. The facility is consistently clean, secure, and convenient, with easy indoor parking, elevator access, and (clean!) restroom availability after hours. I’ve always felt comfortable accessing my unit, which hasn’t always been the case with other facilities in the area. The staff has always been nothing but friendly, welcoming, and always felt they were genuinely committed to making the storage process as easy as possible. Cecilia truly stands out for her exceptional customer service. She is kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping customers, always willing to go the extra mile to find solutions and make difficult situations easier. Her personal attention and follow-through make such a noticeable difference and are a major reason this facility has been such a positive experience. She absolutely deserves special recognition for the care she puts not only into her work, and also the rare and exceptionally genuine heart she brings in attending to this facility’s customers - truly a gem! She has my utmost appreciation assisting me in managing my handful of units here over the last couple of years! Two improvements I could suggest would be: 1. Intro rates and increases laid out ahead of time, such as increases can occur every X amount of months and up to X percent somewhat similar to commercial leases so the expense can be prepared for. Yes, there is notice given, but can happen more often than prepared for. 2. Changing how the lights work, being on motion sensors after hours especially, as the timer can leave someone unexpectedly in the dark. When working in larger units, it can be easy to box oneself in, and having to make way out to the hallway and dance around to get the motion lights back on was not enjoyable alone at night. Ideally, the lights staying on while someone is keyed into the building until leaving (when accessing the premises, access codes must be entered both entering and exiting premises) and they enter exit code or something similar that keeps late night, inside safety in mind. Those two would make this even more so such a standout amongst all storage companies, locations, experiences with it all! Overall, those ideas aside, I must say that I cannot recommend this specific location enough and glad to have found it early on! KJ
