Besides the physical aspects of the facility such as the cleanliness, lighting, temperture control and accessability of the units, the staff could not be more helpful , courteous and patient. My experience with "930" has always been very good and we have had the unit for over 4 years.

Extra Space Storage is unbelievable I love the staff at this facility. Chris the Manager and Molly have unbelievable customers service skills. The facility is super clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend it!!!

If you’re looking for storage space, see Chris or Molly at Extraspace Storage in Totowa. They are super friendly and will guide you into the right size unit. I’ve been storing here for years and have never had a problem. I highly recommend the location and staff :)

Excellent experience renting a 10x15 air conditioned unit. Security seems very good; we have a personal security code to enter the facility. Julissa is the facility manager. She really took PRIDE in her work and was super pleasant. She explained every detail imaginable. After renting for 3 months, our rental rate increased by $50. which was very deceiving. Arrived to Extra Storage Space in Totowa Saturday Morning 3/19 with my father, We were looking to move from one location to another. Gentleman Cris Acero attended us, he answered all our questions, showed us all units that were available from the 1st floor to the 5th floor. He was very helpful, friendly, and had good sence of humor. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! We were Very Happy with the decision to locate to Totowa!! Thank You Cris!
