Andrew was fabulous to work with. He understood what exactly I was looking for. He showed me around to the available units in the size I was looking for. Every unit was very clean. My only issue with Extra Space Storge is the rates are one amount one day and a different rate the next.

I had my belongings at Extra Space on Madison Avenue in Westwood for a couple of years. It was a great experience. The place was well climate-controlled. My belongings were safe and I always felt safe there, no matter time of day or night. They have extended hours for access and carts were always available. Everything was so clean. It was always easy to reach someone and Andrew was awesome. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Storage is expensive no matter where you go, but to know it’s safe and clean makes it worthwhile. Thank you, Andrew, for the great customer service and making my move out so smooth and painless!
