I've had a storage unit with Extra Space Storage located on San Mateo Blv for about a year now, and I couldn't have picked a better place. The property is always clean & kept nice. I always feel safe when I have the need to go there even during the later hours of the evening, which is nice because I am usually alone when I go and I am on the smaller side. The manager, Dylan and employee, Ben are extremely helpful and polite. They have been very accommodating and understanding, and were willing to work with me when I had a couple of personal issues come up. I am very happy and extremely satisfied with my choice to use them as my storage facility. I highly recommend this place I've you are in need of some Extra Space Storage!

So, I’ve had a very hectic move with a moving company that kept giving me incorrect information. I had to change units and then get a second one as well. Thru this trying time, Dylan was a huge help! I threw so many problems at him and he took care of everything for me and made it much easier to deal with. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. Lots of handy access points as well. Thank you, Dylan for dealing with my craziness!!

Very nice people work here. I am a delivery driver and the worker came out to meet me, to not only let me know it was the wrong location but directions to the apartment complex for the drop off. I followed the directions and found my customer no problem. Thank you very much!
