The facility was very clean always cool. No complains on cleanliness and customer service. My only issue was that the rental price went up from $30ish from a discount deal to $81 in just a few months of having the unit. Don’t know if I missed something don’t know if the deal was a sham. Easy move in felt very secure.

Ashley is the store mgr I have had the privilege of speaking to several times, renting a storage unit for myself & my family to use. She has ALWAYS been patient, professional and kind. When we met her in person to get our gate code, and to access the unit, we needed to make some adjustments. She was cheerful & helpful and made what might’ve been stressful SO EASY!! She waited to go on a lunch break in order for us to arrive …something she was more than happy to do to accommodate our schedule. Ashley is an asset to ESS!! We had a storage unit at another facility back in 2020 and the employees were NEVER this helpful or kind. (It was start of COVID-when folks should’ve been NICER!!) ANYWAY - we will return to THIS FACILITY to serve our storage needs because of the exemplary customer care Ashley provided EVERY TIME WE SPOKE WITH HER!!! KEEP THIS EMPLOYEE, ESS!!! Thank you!! ALSO…let’s take notice that folks who post negative reviews tend to ONLY COMPLAIN about EVRRYBODY. It’s a “THEM PROBLEM “ for sure - IGNORE THAT MALARKY!!!
