I have been renting storage space at Extra Space Storage since May and must say I am completely satisfied. This is based on two reasons: first the physical units themselves and second the service offered by the manager and other associates. Let me begin with the facilities itself. They are very clean. This can be a real challenge in a climate like New Mexico, always windy and dusty. They are easily accessible. All units can be driven up to, making loading and unloading a snap. Plus access times are broad, making it easy to access early in the day to late at night. Also, customers have access to trash disposal onsite which is a real plus. The only downside to this facility is a lack of access to electrical power, while this is fairly common, it would be a great perk if offered, even if at an optional fee. Second is the service, the manager is very friendly and always willing to work with customers to ensure they get what they need. Other than having no available electricity, no lights in the units can make it tough to see even if it's sunny outside, I absolutely must recommend this facility for your storage needs.
