Just moving from Colorado to New Mexico and looked up over a dozen storage places and came across Extra Space Storage. Due to inclement weather and having a U-Haul, had to park up and wait for the weather to clear but upon finding Extra Space Storage, saw that I could do my rental online which was extremely quick and easy and very efficient. I called in after renting online to check if I could still get in after the office closed and staff was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation and was beyond helpful ensuring I could do what I needed to do. Price was very competitive and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality storage place.

I helped a friend clear out his storage unit before he moved into an assisted living arrangement. On the weekend, Ben was very patient with my friend and gave us very clear directions about how to reach the storage unit. During the week, my friend repeatedly had to use the bathroom and Christi was also very kind to my friend. On our last trip, Christi patiently helped my friend sign acknowledgment that what we left would no longer belong to my friend and would be part of the auctions they hold for leftover belongings. I thought about how needing a storage unit often happens when there are sad circumstances and how important it is for the office staff to be kind and patient. Ben and Christi exceeded those expectations.

Luckily they had the unit I was looking for at a good price. I got there and was all set up in about 15 minutes. The store manager was very helpful. I like the drive up access and it appears to be well secured with camera monitoring too.
