Rented a 5x5 for almost a year. Overall decent rental experience minus an initial break in attempt on my unit shortly after move in. I just added a padlock along with the generic turn lock they provide and had no further incidents. I do want to mention that the rent was raised twice throughout the time I was there. Starting from $35 going up to $95.
