Bait and switch. Small unit they had available was rusty, door could not be opened, and was moved into a larger unit. Unit is dusty, in the hood, and nothing special. Mike told me to come back when price increases and they would bring me to the same price. Would not honor this promise when I did so. Office was unhelpful, and said that the area manager, a woman, would call me. A man left a message for me instead, and was unreachable when I returned the call. Due to the doubling of price, I moved my unit down the road to CubeSmart. Storage units are a dime a dozen in Albuquerque, so I can't imagine why this ExtraSpace would not want to retain its customers. Best wishes.
