Great service, clean unit, and had every answer, before needing to ask a question. Well managed and maintained property, fast, quick, and ready when you arrive. There was a light switch up in the unit as well, so was happy to utilize that accommodation. If anyone was wondering if the was a light or not.

My experience renting a storage unit with ExtraSpace in the Albuquerque Snowheights location has been great all thanks to Angel. She is truly an angel. The phone center that I booked with messed up my rental dates. She corrected the issue which allowed my moving team and I the ability to unload and proceed with my moving activities. Otherwise we would have had to wait till the next business day which is time I just did not have. Her competency and dedication to overseeing the facility is greatly appreciated and a breath of fresh air to work with in a city that seems to have forgotten what customer service is.
