      I knew almost instantly when I entered this business that I had found my new storage home for my personal belongings. Michelle greeted me like I was a long lost friend and made me feel immediately at ease with the process. I cannot thank her enough for her care and graciousness! I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to find a safe storage home here in Albuquerque and as an added benefit the prices are very reasonable. 5 STARS!

      Michelle was friendly and helpful when I initially reserved the unit. I was sure to ask many questions about the billing and pricing changes, to which I was assured that things would not change for the first year. 3 months into my unit rental, I received a notice that my rate was almost doubling at the next billing. When I went to the unit to speak to someone, Michelle was immediately belligerent and told me that I should have dealt with her when booking because she would have explained the rate policy to me. I pointed out that I had dealt with her and she stated that it was not possible or I hadn't listened. This is the definition of predatory business practices and the level of disdain from the staff was unacceptable. Moving on.
