Samantha, the manager at the location I rented from was so RUDE! Also, my unit was robbed of contents and it was an “inside job”access to my unit was from the unit next-door, which was vacant which only Management had access too!! Find another storage facility one that’s safe and secure and that has cameras on your unit and has professional management! And of course, the police report was made, and the police officer said that it was very common to have that type of robbery in those storage units especially with extra space storage!! Also, roaches were visible!! Just FYI after filing a claim with the insurance company that EXTRA SPACE STORAGE demands that you buy through. The adjuster statement was they do not pay for claims that are “MYSTERIOUS THEFTS” I guess they consider a mysterious theft is when someone cuts a hole through their building and comes into my unit through the ceiling that has a gap Big enough for someone fit through is considered “MYSTERIOUS” the claim was denied. Beware when you buy insurance. This store is notorious for having THEFTS and management and upper management look the other way…. if the shoe fits when you’re accused of something maybe you should wear it! Their insurance is a SCAM!! After my posting, I had two other people reach out to me with the same “MYSTERIOUS THEFTS”….if you were one of those persons, we’re looking into filing a class action lawsuit please contact me!
