Great convenience of entry and a clean area that keeps up snow and has plenty of space to monuver even large vehicles around. With ease of payments and a great staff weithwr on call or in person knockout service was always provided. All in all ever needing another storage unit I would gladly choose this company again.

Word of caution: This storage facility is an extortion racket. I had my belongings there for one year. They raised the price on two separate occasions, so that the monthly rent doubled. I was out of the country; they had my stuff. They used that as leverage to gouge me. There is a billboard outside the Erie Blvd location in Schenectady, paid for by a competitor. It reads, "Tired of Price Gouging?" So, I can surmise that I am far from the only one to have this experience. In NYC, there is a law that prevents price increases of more than 2%; as of this moment, there is not an equivalent law in the rest of the state. This way of running a business is predatory and will one day be illegal. Until then, I recommend storing your belongings elsewhere.
