Service was great.. Bronx Blvd location can use a few updates such as more lighting and updated elevators .. overall had no issues with customer service

Bianca helped me step by step with the whole process of getting a storage and was nothing less then amazing. She did everything on the phone and was so patient and polite. When i arrived Caesar assisted me with showing me my unit also showing me other available options if i was not happy with the unit i received . they made getting a unit so quick and easy! thanks guys
