Aside from a DRASTIC almost double price jump from the unit I was confirmed for, I'm happy. Hence the 4 stars. My first unit has been in good hands so i got a second. Make sure you double check and re confirm and on top of that, be prepared to be surprised with a possible change of unit or extra charges. Expect to have double what the unit cost at least on hand. Not saying that this is bad or unusual. I don't know. I'm sure extra charges for assorted things are normal with any storage Co. With that said. I'm happy but I'd take a lower cost unit if available from competitor. Good luck and keep that unit paid up!

My experience was positive from the very first phone call. Jojo was very comforting and informative in the process of setting me up with the storage space. She was amazing! Then when I went in person to see my storage space I was greeted with the a very friendly and welcome staff member. She was such a nice girl. Then when I moved my stuff over this weekend. The staff was very professional and greeted you with a smile and going above and beyond to help. Best experience I have ever had in a storage facility by far! They Rock!
