I had a good experience moving into my unit. After moving things into my unit I asked if it would be possible to move to another unit closer to the loading dock, Clarice who works in the office took a look and it was another unit available so she did the transfer for me. Overall it was a good experience.

This review is long overdue, but I had to shout out Clare for her outstanding customer service. She helped my husband with the necessary information that he needed when deciding on the size and location of the storage unit as well as giving him information with pricing of the units. Clare helped him settle on a decision and for that, I am thankful. The storage unit was clean of debris. And the unit is easy to access with an app that is available to download where we are able to enter into our unit. What a cool feature! Thank you Team for all that you do!
