In the Webster location they had removed the carpet and left dust all inside of my unit. Only offered me some micro fiber rags for me to clean it but there is just too much dust all over a 10x10 locker room to clean. They acknowledged the mistake. I was told by the manager at the front that they hired a third party company to remove the carpet and did not know that such a mess would be made. I dont know how that was or is my problem but apparently it now is.... when I asked again I was offered a $50 credit towards my $347 monthly bill. They will raise the rent on you as well. You get the intro rate and then I a few months I mean few. The price goes up. The problem for me is the unfair thick carpet dust all over my full 10x10 storage locker.
