Exceptional customer service . From the phone call this morning Scott took care of me sent me sign up links directly to my email with a promo for two months free . Stacy took care of me when I arrived with excellent customer service and a tour . Nice facilities elevator and All. Would recommend to another. Sadly access is notb24/7 but for my needs it works well .

The client service was good - very helpful and polite. However the building was a dissappointment. The motion lights took a while to come on and it is not easy to locate the unit. Thanks to the service representative I was able to locate my Unit. Considering the price I guess I should not complain
