I will be moving out of this unit very soon. The unit I got smelled like urine and had a wet stain coming from the unit next to it, as if a pet or somebody was living in there and peeing. I had too many containers to move and this was on the ground floor close to the entrance so I fixed it my self with baking soda and pine. I alerted them to the problem and they offered me plastic drapes to place on the ground to try and protect my stuff. Thank goodness everything is in containers. Now, in less than I year, they are raising my rent twice. Nah I’m out. I should be compensated for that smelly unit I’m paying for. Don’t go there. The special price initially is a grab to get you in the door. Then they raise. I don’t like that. I started paying in December 2025. Didn’t actually move in till March 2026. Raised my rent in June and now again in October? Nah I’m out.
