My original review the day I opened a storage account with them: Quick easy and friendly service. The store manager Shaquan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. STORE HERE?? Updated review: DO NOT STORE YOUR PROPERTY HERE?? My belongings were destroyed because of some HVAC issue they had. They moved me to another unit. But the damage was already done. I deceived to schedule a move-out for the end of March 2026. I never heard back from them as to whether or not my move out was accepted. So I moved what was left of my things from the unit. For two months extra Storage attempted to charge my card on file for the monthly fee. Only until yesterday (5/5/2026) did I receive an email from them stating my move-out was accepted. My next step is to report to the BBB.
