I actually really like this facility. The only reason I am giving it one star is because they constantly hound me for a review. At every Extra Space I go to. It's so annoying. The employee's are very nice and professional but they have demands from their superiors, I assume, to get a certain number of reviews per month. This needs to stop, its very annoying! Aside from that this is a very nice, clean and well heated facilty. The loading dock design is not the best because the ramp goes right into the parking lot and its hard to unload, especially because the grass pavers rattle you stuff around on the cart and things fall off. If you back up to the sidewalk its so narrow you can barely fit the cart on it. Aside from that its a nice place to store. It seems every unit has an automatic light inside it, which is a very nice feature.

These guys are the BEST EVER at what they do!!! I had the absolute pleasure to be helped by Scott Williams and Jared. My situation was a little different then the average bear. But they didn't just shoo me away and say tuff luck!!! They spent HOURS helping me to make things right!!! Even during this process the conversations were not just to help me with my issues. But they were conversations as if they were both my family members! Scott and Jared just get what it means to be human. If these guys were blood sons of mine, I wouldn't and couldn't be prouder of the men they are!!! They are super kind, polite, and as professional as could be. Bottom line is if the rest of the world were even just 1/2 as good as them... let's just say the world would be very different. I really cant say enough how wonderful gentlemen they are!!! I can rest my head at night knowing not just my items are safe. But that these guys actually care about me and are looking out for my best interests. I could really go on and on , I have so much good things to say about them. I hope corporate understands how lucky they are to have Scott and Jared working for them. They should give them a raise in pay NOW and on the regular in future if they know what's good for this business!!! I'm so thankful for all the time and efforts spent on me. Good news everyone, its true, there are still some wonderful people in this crazy world!!!!! I thank you Jared and Scott from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!
