Went to the office to change credit card Nick had a problem with the system could not get the new card accepted I selfishly I would be back the next morning after checking with my bank to make sure my card was good again the system would not take my card Nick said he received a memo from IT about a problem He ended up up installing card manually problem solved by a dedicated employee

Short term rental - the space was clean, dry and easily accessible.The monthly fee was fair and easy through auto billing. Nick was extremely helpful and move out was smooth. Highly recommend!

Ive had a very positive experience so far with the ExtraSpace site in Mahopac, New York. The manager reached out to me personally to introduce himself and see if there was any questions I had before my move-in. This seems like it will be a very positive experience with a very competitive price when I compared against other storage facilities in the area
