I am truly highly upset with Extra Space Storage. They keep going up on my unit, and I just check my checking account today. Only to find out they took an additional $100.00. I was never informed about an increase in my unit. What if I didn't have to the additional funds to cover this and I am working on a fix income. I have other bills to pay. This kind of action can put my account in jeopardy. I did not even call them as of yet. But I will be calling them or the corporate office regarding this issue. This is absolutely madness that they can do this. I started out payment $120.00 a month, and since then it has triple this amount.
