BEDBUGS here! Never left a review - but feel obliged to share. We stored our personal items for over 4 years…basically an entire NY apt - bedroom furniture, couches, art, kids stuff, kitchenware etc. the local team was always reasonable to work with…Sadly we went to empty it out to donate the majority of the items and share with our friends and family - only to find the entire storage locker was ransacked with bedbugs causing us (and our friends) to dispose of everything. We did not ask the company to pay for the goods rather to be fair with the 200 a month x 48 months we paid them - to essentially leave the relationship with nothing. I get it - stuff happens- not asking you to replace our products - but how can a business in good faith take customer money (1000s of dollars) and in return just give us bed bugs. Communication took several weeks - eventually got a call from a manager named Robert - who was able to atleast hear my explanation - but only offered me my contract as a next step. Lesson learned / won’t be doing business here, unless I’m looking for work for my friends that own pest control companies.
