Came in just to see about renting and noticed some of the units were a little cheaper here - I was met by Jenn who was able to provide me with all information regarding storing with Extraspace . She went through all my questions with ease and patience. I feel really good about this company and I will most definitely be coming back here or the Kings Park location.

Jenn is absolutely a rockstar! My rent had went up and honestly was very unhappy. I called into the store and spoke to a young lady named Jenn- she assured me she could help me and we talked about the increase and why it happens - thank god for the explanation, as well as going over a few options to lower my rent and ended up going with one. End of conversation all of five minutes of my time- she understood me, she got why I was upset she was very concerned and just wanted to help and that’s exactly what she did. Due to her knowledge and her outstanding customer service and skill set, I am very happy with my outcome. She is an amazing asset to your company I don’t know where I would’ve been or what storage company I would’ve used if she had not been around. Thank you, Jenn for your help today.
