For starters...super awesome staff. Amanda was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. Genevieve assisted me in person when I arrived and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable storing my items at this facility. Genevieve was also very patient answering all my questions and took the time to show me options ensuring I found the unit that was just right for me. I felt like an actual person rather than another unit number. This particular facility is immaculate! Inside and outside - well groomed property and very clean halls/units. Plenty of parking and two entrances make this a very accessible building during peak and off peak hours. My only suggestion is maybe getting slightly bigger carts. I did make these work - but sometimes it was a struggle with some of my larger furniture items. Overall A+
