Everything was great up until my rate was doubled. I didn’t realize I was on a promotion. I moved the units to half the rate I was currently paying right down the road, but I will say there is a tremendous difference in facilities. I like ExtraSpace Cleanliness and multiple entrances. It allows convenience when trying to access your unit instead of walking around an entire facility. ExtraSpace is newer and well kept. They are truly temperature controlled where the other places keep the temps just above freezing. If it wasn’t for the rate I’d have stayed.
